Hello Hello! How is everyone?

I know, I haven't posted in nearly a year.

Fail on my part.

But, in my defense, a lot has happened in the last year and I've not really had the time to blog.

I do now, and I'll have to catch ya'll up on everything that has happened, which I'm sure you can imagine is a lot.

Well, let's see. Oh yes. I decided to go back to work about 6 months ago. Seems that I like to spend money and the only way to spend it is to make it, right?

I found a temporary position at Commonwealth Brands, a cigarette manufacturer. Wonderful job. I loved it! Unfortunately, the company relocated to Fort Lauderdale. I knew I only had a few months but it was still hard to leave on my last day because I met some of the most amazing people. A few of these people will be lifelong friends, that I am sure of.

Back in January my grandmother "Gagi" went into the hospital because something was wrong and we didn't know what. The day before Havie's st birthday, my mom called and told me the doctor's had found out what was wrong: She had cancer. 10 days later she died. Needless to say, it was almost unmanageable. This is another story for another time.

My husband, being the news junkie he is, decided it was time for a change. So, a job in Owensboro, Ky kinds of fell in his lap. So, since it's not very far from home and change is always interesting, we decided to pack up and move. So, as I write this, this is day 3 in my new house in suburbia in a town I don't know very well and I am scared.to.death. But, no reason to be, he only signed a 3 year contract! Let's hope I enjoy Owensboro because even if I don't I'm a little stuck.

And most importantly, my babies are growing up! Last time I updated Briley was 2 1/2 and now she's 3 1/2! And goodness, Haven was just a baby and in 2 days she will be 14 months old. They are breaking my heart. Both have grown and changed so much in the last year and it's so hard to see. But you know what they say: It kills you see them grow up but it would kill you quicker if you didn't.

That's all for now. I have so many other things I'd like to blog about or go into detail about but those will have to wait for another time. Until then...
